INTRODUCTION
SAIFA is the most User Friendly and a truly Multi user as well as single user menu driven package for computerizing the entire activities of business, where in you can manage a number of accounts, maintain customer & suppliers information, design your own documents such as Vouchers, Invoices enter transactions details, reconcile bank statements and prepare a trading account. It allows simultaneous entry of data and viewing of reports from two or more nodes in case of multi-user package.
You can generate all the regular reports - Final reports such as Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and Profit and Loss statement. Account and Group Balances, Customer & Supplier reports, Stock reports and Tax reports. You can also generate analysis reports such as income and expenses analyses, Sales & Purchase Analysis to help you take crucial business decisions.
You will work in windows that resembles registers, ledgers, invoices and other paper forms that you are probably used to. You can display all your transactions or only specific transactions like customer wise, period wise or supplier wise and many more, and print report that summaries your transactions.
